Isn't it great to be Loved??

I have to laugh sometimes at the open door policy that has somehow been put into effect at my house. I don't mind- it just makes me laugh. And, I'm really not sure how it happened. It has been really hot here this week, so on Monday we pulled out the slip and slide and the sprinkler. Each of the girls invited one friend. The picture above shows you what we ended up with. Seven friends plus my three kids. They all had a great time and when I had my fill, I sent everyone home. Today, we started out with one friend at the house- I think we now have three roaming around. Nope- make that four... I just went and checked. I'm glad that my kids have good friends and that they feel comfortable here.
Leah refused to go down the slip and slide, but she loved the sprinkler once I got it out.

This is Callie and her best friend Jaide. They would play together everyday if we would let them.

Your girls are so cute! Maybe you'll end up having a home like your parents- friends always there, raiding the cupboards, fridge, the downstairs storage room- those were good times. Your mom was always a good sport- I can't ever remember her getting annoyed with us dropping in all of the time and eating all the food. Your pictures make me long for summer! I can't wait!

Hey, I love it that Elizabeth has good memories of our house! And I looked at these photos and thought to myself that you have the "fun house" on your street! Lucky you!

Cori, it's because your the cool Mom in the neighborhood! Just keep it up so that when they're teenagers they'll all want to be at your house...wait I don't know if that is a good or bad thing.

Looks like a blast, wish we could be there to join in and then you'd have 10! I'm glad Alexa is enjoying soccer so much, she looks great!
